Centre Director
As Centre Director at Blossom, you lead the nursery’s operations, team, parent engagement, and educational excellence. You oversee enrolment, budgeting, staffing, site management, and ensure that all departments work cohesively to deliver a high-quality experience for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the nursery team and ensure daily operational excellence
Manage enrolment, maintain full capacity and strong waitlists
Supervise educational delivery and EYFS curriculum quality
Drive parent engagement and represent the Blossom brand
Oversee staff performance, training, and HR coordination
Manage budgets, reports, and compliance documentation
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and site maintenance
Plan and execute community outreach and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education or CACHE Level 5 + Management Certification
2+ years experience as a Centre Director or similar leadership role
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Deep understanding of EYFS and early years education
Deputy manager
As Deputy Manager at Blossom by Babilou, you support the Centre Director in leading daily operations, managing the team, engaging with parents, and driving enrolment. You act as a brand ambassador and help ensure the nursery operates to the highest standards in education, care, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations, staff coordination, and center management
Lead parent tours, handle inquiries, and convert leads into enrolments
Maintain children’s records, class lists, and parent communication
Support the educational program (EYFS), conduct classroom observations, and assist with curriculum delivery
Help plan and execute marketing and community engagement events
Ensure the facility is well-maintained, clean, and secure
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education or equivalent (Cache Level 3/5)
3+ years in a management or senior teaching role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of EYFS and early years best practices
Teacher
As a Teacher at Blossom by Babilou, you play a key role in leading classroom experiences, ensuring the safety, development, and well-being of all children under your care. You’ll foster a nurturing, child-led learning environment aligned with the British EYFS framework and our in-the-moment planning approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
Lead classroom organization and ensure safety and cleanliness
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
Maintain open, supportive communication with parents
Uphold Blossom’s behavior guidance and classroom management standards
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education (or equivalent CACHE Level 3)
Minimum 2 years of early childhood teaching experience
Strong knowledge of EYFS and child-led teaching methods
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 30kg, work at children’s level, and stay active throughout the workday.
Teacher and SEN Coordinator
As a Teacher and SEN Coordinator at Blossom by Babilou, you ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment aligned with the EYFS framework. You support children’s development through active learning while leading inclusion efforts and supporting staff in addressing special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver child-led, developmentally appropriate lessons
Observe and assess children’s progress; communicate with parents
Support educators with strategies for children requiring additional needs
Oversee and update Inclusion Register, IEPs, and support documentation
Liaise with Centre Director, parents, therapists, and Inclusion Specialist
Organize internal SEN training and attend external CPD sessions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education or equivalent CACHE Level 3
Minimum 2 years teaching experience with EYFS knowledge
Strong communication and SEN coordination skills
Ability to lift up to 30kg and remain physically active throughout the workday
Languages Teacher
As a Languages Teacher at Blossom by Babilou, you create engaging, bilingual learning experiences in Arabic and/or French, aligned with the EYFS framework. You support children’s early language development through child-led activities and a warm, inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver interactive Arabic and/or French language sessions
Foster bilingual development through play-based learning
Observe and report on children’s progress
Collaborate with parents and staff to support individual needs
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom
Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 or equivalent (ongoing or completed)
1+ year of teaching experience
Fluent in Arabic and/or French; strong communication skills in English
Energetic, adaptable, and physically active throughout the day
Teacher Assistant
As a Teacher Assistant at Blossom by Babilou, you support the lead educator in creating a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. You’ll assist with daily classroom activities, hygiene routines, and age-appropriate learning experiences based on the EYFS framework and child-led methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering engaging lessons and supporting learning activities
Help children with feeding, toileting, and hygiene routines
Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
Support documentation and classroom displays
Communicate professionally with parents during handovers
Collaborate with educators and attend staff meetings
Requirements:
CACHE Level 2/3 (completed or in progress) or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as a teacher assistant or similar role
Familiarity with EYFS and child-led planning
Warm, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 30kg, interact at children’s level, and remain active throughout the day.
Hygiene Specialist
As a Hygiene Specialist at Blossom, you ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across all nursery areas. You are responsible for daily cleaning routines, maintaining hygiene supplies, and supporting the overall well-being of children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean classrooms, bathrooms, offices, and communal areas
Follow daily and deep-cleaning schedules
Sanitize surfaces, toys, and equipment as needed
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
Assist staff with hygiene-related tasks and emergencies
Requirements:
High school diploma
2+ years of cleaning experience
Basic English and strong teamwork skills
Physically able to lift up to 30kg and stand for long periods
